Day 1: Transfer to Kibale and afternoon Bigodi nature walk
Set off to Kibale National Park located in Southern Uganda. Lying just under fourto five hours drive from Kampala City, Kibale National park is famous for Chimpanzee trekking. wilderness and beauty with its diversity of ecosystems. The park is also a home to 13 other primates like Red colobus monkey, Gray cheeked mangabeysit also has over 300 species of birds.
In the afternoon after your lunch you will set off for Bigodi Swamp walk.Bigodi Swamp walk allows you to experience this unique jungle like eco – system as you venture through it with your guide. you will also be surprised with its wide range of bio diversity. There are primates such as Blue monkeys, Black and white colobus, Red colobus ,Vervet monkeys . it is also a home for mammals which include Antelopes, Bush pigs, Bush bucks, Mongooses.Bigodi swamp its beauty is enhanced by thick colourful flowering plants and trees, butterflies, primates, mammals it is a junglelike setting in an African Swamp.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth
Wake up to the beautiful sounds of birds and have early morning breakfast. Proceed to the park for Chimpanzee trekking. In company of experienced and well informed rangers, you start a forest trek to track the chimpanzee. These apes often live in groups and have been habituated to tolerate presence of human beings. You will encounter these rather gentle giants, closest relatives of human beings still living in the wild. Humans share up to 98% of genetic material with the chimpanzee. You will meet them as they feed, play and jump through trees to give you a memorable experience of a lifetime. While you enjoy chimpanzee trekking, you will also encounter lots of bird species, forest elephants (if lucky), and up to 13 other primate species which have earned Kibale the name “Primate City of Africa”. The ranger will explain everything about the chimpanzee and how they live with the local people, including how tourism has impacted the local communities.
In the Afternoon you will drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Check in at Mweya Safari Lodge

Day 3: Morning Game Drive – Afternoon boat ride
Get up early morning have breakfast drive. Proceed for a morning game drive. You will have an early morning game drive during which you should expect to encounters elephants, lots of Uganda kobs, herds of buffaloes, bush backs, water backs and many other animals feeding in the beautiful plains. There are lions, leopards, hyenas and many other predators which you may encounter during the game drive. These carnivals are good at hiding, and with good searching they can be found.
In the afternoon you will take a boat cruise on the Kazinga, a channel connecting two lakes, George and Edward. During the cruise, you will encounter lots of animals drinking water, others taking a bath, and some basking on the banks of the channel. These will be accompanied by hundreds of beautiful bird species, some looking for ticks, others fishing and others merely enjoying the cool breeze. The channel is so diverse with wildlife that you will see schools of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes and many more literally living together – space is enough for everyone.

Day 4 Transfer back to Kampala
After a leisurely breakfast it will be time to head back to Kampala/Entebbe , stop at the Equator for the requisite snap shot and a bit of souvenir shopping.
Accommodation for tonight is not inclusive in the programme .If you wish to depart tonight from Entebbe Airport, make sure your flight is at 10 pm or later. If you would like us to book one (or more) nights in Kampala or Entebbe, please let us know.
