Detailed Itinerary.
Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
A Unique Rwanda Vacation Experts company representative will pick you from your hotel in Kampala and take you on a journey to Murchison Falls National Park. Make a stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino trekking tour and after lunch, proceed to Murchison Falls National Park, arriving at the lodge in the evening in time for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Boat Cruise
Begin the day with a cup of African Coffee and go for a morning game drive. Your guide will help you spot; elephant, lion, buffaloes, giraffes, hartebeest, waterbucks, oribi, bushbucks, hyenas. Return to the hotel for breakfast and lunch. After lunch, go for a boat safari upstream the calm Victoria Nile to the base of the falls stopping just tens of meters from the “Devil’s Cauldron”. While on the boat cruise, you will spot a good number of animals including; hippos, crocodiles and over this 17km stretch you may see elephants, waterbucks, Uganda Kobs and crocodiles. Leave the boat and start a hike to the top of the falls. Your driver guide will be waiting for you to bring you back to the lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
All day drive south via Hoima to Fort Portal through verdant countryside and past traditional homesteads and farms along Albertine Rift escarpments. Fort Portal rests in the shadow of the fabled Mountains of the Moon. Proceed to Kibale and arrive at the lodge in time for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Kibale Chimpanzee Trekking – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
You will have an early morning breakfast and head to the park headquarters for briefing from Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger guides. After that, you will enter the forest in search of the chimpanzees. Kibale is the best reserve in Africa to view chimps, a thick jungle with a towering canopy. In the afternoon, drive to the south into Queen Elizabeth National Park, with sightseeing and game viewing enroute.

Day 5: Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Game Drive
Begin your day with a cup of coffee. Early morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queens Mile makes visitors encounter elephants, buffalo, water bucks, warthogs, lions, Uganda Kobs lakes and a variety of birds. Return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. After lunch, a two hour boat trip along the famous Kazinga channel is worthwhile an opportunity to see Hippo, Buffalo, Kobs, Elephants, warthogs etc. This trip also enables visitor chance to see spectacular birds.

Day 6: Return to Kampala – Departure
Enjoy your breakfast and go for a primate walk along Kyambura Gorge to look for habituated chimps through the gorge. After primate walk, get on the road to Kampala and make a stopover at Igongo Cultural Centre for lunch and to learn about the Ankole culture. Later continue to Masaka with a stopover at the Equator for photography before heading back to Kampala or Entebbe to catch up you flight back home.
