Detailed Itinerary.
Day 1: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
You will be picked from your hotel in Kampala by a Unique Rwanda Vacation Experts company representative, who will take you on a journey to Kibale Forest National Park, the home of chimpanzees in Uganda. Have lunch at Gardens Restaurant in Fort Portal and proceed to Kibale, arriving in the evening in time for a crater walk of Nyinambuga.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
An early morning breakfast ready for a chimpanzee walk in to the jungles of Kibale Forest National Park, reputable of having the greatest variety and highest concentration of primates in East Africa. The half day search for chimpanzees and other primates including phoestes, Red-Colobus, Blues, Red-tailed and grey cheeked Mangabeys swinging through the dense forest and birds, butterflies and many small insects. The guide will provide detailed explanations on not only primates, but also on all the forest’s fauna and flora, ensuring that your walk is informative, enjoyable and excellent for viewing bird life and primates in close quarters. After lunch, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an evening game drive.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Boat Cruise
An early morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queens Mile makes visitors encounter elephants, buffalo, water bucks, warthogs, lions, Uganda Kobs lakes and a variety of birds. Return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. After lunch, a two hour boat trip along the famous Kazinga channel is worthwhile an opportunity to see Hippo, Buffalo, Kobs, Elephants, warthogs etc. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Kyambura Primate Walk – Return to Kampala – Departure
Start off your day with breakfast ready for a guided primate walk along Kyambura Gorge to look for habituated chimps through the gorge. This is one of the rarest experiences in Africa. Later after proceed to Kampala or Entebbe airport with lunch enroute arriving in the evening.
