Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kigali – Transfer to Goma
Upon arrival, you will be met by a Unique Rwanda Vacation Experts company representative who will brief you on the 3 day safari and transfer you to the Goma border crossing into the Democratic Republic of Congo. Proceed and arrive at the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Meal Plan: (Lunch, Dinner).

Day 2: Nyiragongo Volcano Hiking Experience
After your early morning breakfast, you will drive to the park center for a briefing before you start the hiking experience. Meet with other travelers and start the hike at around 10:00am after reaching the tracking point. Hiking takes approximately 6 hours depending on the speed of the last person, you will have an opportunity of seeing the active volcanic larva, spending the night at the summit.
Day 3: Descend Nyirangongo – Transfer Kigali – Departure
Today morning, you will descend the volcano and meet up with your guide who will transfer you to Kigali to catch your flight back home.
